Randall J. Kipp Architecture Inc. is currently seeking a creative and motivated architect/architectural designer to join our team. We require 1-5 years of professional experience. We require a working knowledge of AutoCAD and an understanding of building products and building regulations.

This individual will be responsible for design and construction documents of high-end residential and light commercial buildings. This individual will be involved in new building designs and renovation designs from start to finish. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing ideas and designs based on the client's needs and desires, producing detailed construction documents and modifying as required, compiling project specifications, keeping within budgets and timelines, ensuring all designs are in compliance with building codes, guidelines, and regulations, making on-site status check visits, reporting on project progress, and keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and develpoments.

Requirements: 

• Proven professional experience, 1-5 years
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Understanding of building products
• Understanding of building requirements and regulations
• Portfolio to prove artistic skills
• Degree in Architecture from accredited university
